Installation and comissioning of APCS

The scope of installation work of automation systems includes both preparatory construction work and work on laying an extensive network of utility lines:

• Preparation and arrangement of automation rooms and structures for installation of devices;
• Installation of embedded and protective structures for laying wiring and fiber optic cables for various purposes (pulse lines, communication channels, power supply, etc.);
• Preliminary assembly of automation devices into enlarged units and parts;
• Installation of technical devices and microprocessor tools on controlled equipment
• Connecting installed devices to piping and electrical wiring;
• Testing of operating modes for their compliance with the required operation algorithms;
• Off-line and complex equipment adjustment.
